Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage caused by improper use, or other conditions that make them unsuitable for resale may not be eligible for return.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on orders. However, free outbound shipping does not automatically cover return shipping.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Please contact us before returning the item. We will review the issue and provide appropriate return instructions. If the issue is confirmed to be our responsibility, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Returns for personal reasons: If you wish to return an item because of a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional time may be required for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us so we can review the issue and advise you on the available resolution.

For size or style changes, please contact us before returning the item. Any replacement or exchange will be subject to product availability.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed or shipped. Shipped orders must follow the return process outlined above.
